  • Managed multiple departments, overseeing daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
  • Originally hired as a Project Manager and promoted to Operations Manager.
  • Led design and installation of a flagship store in Beverly Hills, which received local and regional architectural awards.
  • Researched, evaluated, and implemented factory floor management software, integrating modules for estimating, project management, procurement, inventory control, labor reporting, and payroll.
  • Supervised, evaluated, and scheduled the engineering department, including conducting weekly progress meetings and performance reviews.

  • Initially hired as a Project Manager and later promoted to Director of Operations.
  • Negotiated project contracts and designed complete systems for international clients.
  • Led scheduling, automation integration, and on-site installation supervision.
  • Managed the Motorola MOS 17 project in Tianjin, China, overseeing a six-month installation.
  • Supervised system design and contract negotiations for Advanced Micro Devices in Dresden, Germany, the company’s first international project.
